To Optimize A Home Page Or A Web Site Front Page?

Every web page in every website needs
to be highly optimized for specific keywords and specific search queries, when
we visit a website the things that we mainly see are the texts, the menus, the
photos, the effects and animations, colors, etc, but there is things that are
embedded in a webpage that only the search engines get to see, this is the work
of your webmaster or web designer, it is the seo work behind the web page and
that only the seach engines, robots and crawlers get to see, so here we will
show you how to get these elements from your browser and find out if your web
page has what it takes to rank very good insearch results for your specific
queries.
Right click anywhere in your webpage,
outside photos, and then left click : View Source, you should be able to see a
text editor open with the source code of your webpage, on the top section of
this document you will see the elements we did talk about.

Some of these
elements are :
- The title of your
web page.
- The description
Tag of your web page.
- The keywords
list, this includes all the keywords your current web page is
competing with.
- The Robots Tag,
adressing search engines or indexation.
- Other tags,
such as, copyright, verification tag, author, editor etc.
Your web page should
have at least these three elements, title, description, and keywords,
if your web page lacks any of these three elements then you will need
to rethink your web page once again.

A title is very
important, this is what shows in search results, and that how search
engines rank a website, avoid titles like : page 1, page 2, etc, or
index 1, index 2, these are titles that do not make sense to visitors
or search engines.
A description is
very very important, that's the part that shows under the title of
your home page in search results, it should be an appealing
description, describes good what your web site is about, and contains
some call to action words, like, visit us, click here, see our
samples, get your copy now, etc
A keywords list is as important as
the other prior two elements, these are the keywords your web site is
competing for, try to include keywords that are not low competing nor
high competing, high competing keywords are less likely to be typed
in search engines, and high competing keywords makes it hard for your
web site to show in the front page of search engines especially for a
new website, unless there was a very good quality seo behind this
website.
